Bott's Beach Retreat

A fully furnished holiday rental/short term rental which can sleep 8-10 people. A Bond of $300 required on all bookings which is fully refundable on return of key and checking of house (next business day).  No smoking inside and no pets allowed.

Min bookings – 2 nights, 3 nights over long weekends, 4 nights over Easter and 7 nights over Xmas holidays.  Mid week specials available in off peak periods – please enquire.

Priced from $140-$250 per night or from $950-$1,550per week (holiday rental).  Short term rental price negotiable depending on length of stay and for how many people.

50% deposit required to confirm booking (amount negotiable depending on length of booking).  Payment by Direct Bank Deposit.

Cancellation policy - loss of deposit or can be used for future booking in non peak periods or if available at short notice during peak periods.

Check in time is 2pm (negotiable) and Check out time is 10am (negotiable)

LINEN, TOWELS AND CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST SUPPLIED. CHILDREN WELCOME.
